  I cannot critique this business highly enough. My experiences dealing with Elite Cleaning Services Wagga Wagga has been incredible painful and stressful. My issues with the services they provided me are:
  
  1. They did not allocate enough cleaners to the job and therefore worked just short of 2 hours over the original quoted time they said they would be finished by and tried to charge me for the additional hours.
  2. They tried to justify taking 24 hours total to clean a 3 bedroom two bathroom house which meant the total cost was exorbitant.
  3. They cleaning inductees was poor at best, the property managers had to arrange for them to come back and conduct a significant amount of re-cleaning, thank goodness they honoured their guarantee.
  4. They broke a lock on a fly screen door and originally stated they would fix it and then a week later stated they had decided they didn’t believe they were responsible.
  5. They cleaners tried to leave around the scheduled finish time but when I went back through the house I identified 4-5 jobs that hadn’t been completed, dusting and window cleaning. The cleaners had to walk back through the recently washed carpeted areas to conduct dusting tasks.
  6. The cleaners tried to stitch me up for an additional 4 hours of work that came from
  Owe her.
  
  Conclusion: Poor quality, very poor value, poor business and customer service skills, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

  They were quick to quote for an EOL clean, however after contacting them multiple times to book in via email and Facebook they simply ignored me. I guess they don’t need my business.

  I enlisted Elite Cleaning Wagga for an end-of-lease clean on a DHA 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house. It was an easy open-plan style house and not overly dirty. I chose a 10-hour clean, which I knew was more than enough time to do an adequate job to pass inspection. DHA dropped into the property during the clean, whereupon the cleaner admitted she didn't have a vacuum cleaner or mop nor the tools to clean the bathroom fans. It wasn't surprising then, that the property failed to pass inspection with no attempt to clean some basic areas like the top of the oven, oven fan, interior windows or screen door tracking or mop the floor. There was no apology or immediate offer to clean the house properly, just an accusation that I'd only chosen to get a 10-hour clean and not the "recommended" 14 hours. After several phone calls and an email a cleaner was resent and the property cleaned to pass inspection. Not a cleaning company I would recommend!

  Elite Cleaning were great to deal with and their quality of work was fantastic. We changed the timeframe on them last minute and they were every accommodating. Highly recommend.

  I recently hired Elite for steam carpet cleaning in our home after a friend highly recommended them. They were super courteous to deal with and did a fantastic job of our carpets, as well as steam cleaning an armchair as a last minute addition that previous cleaners had refused to touch. I would highly recommend them and know that another friend has hired them based on my recommendation and was very happy as well! I will definitely use them again! Very happy customer!
