  Will not be going back.
  
  Its a shame Graham Spokes sold to them.
  
  I know I have pressure behind my eyes, early onset of glucoma, but the Optometrist didnt even mention to me whether it had increased or not, I had to ask him and all he said was, yeah its fine.
  
  Choosing my frames, the sales girl hurried my to the extent that I now have a pair of sunglasses that dont fit properly behind my ears, it was if I had no choice.
  
  Could not use Vision Australia as I have many times before, where I can choose which frames I like and the money from Vision Australia goes towards them.
  
  And $500 later I was not even offered a free bottle of glass cleaner. And did I mention my sunglass case, a big ugly plastic blue one..
  
  Not at all happy with this company.

  Update from review above.
  After speaking with Vern, the optomestrist who tested my eyes, today, I now eat a little humble pie.
  
  Everything has been explained to me about how they test your eyes and what they consider to be most important, and the explaination was excellent and in laymans terms.
  
  The staff are being spoken to and all complaints have been taken in board and dealt with.
  
  I am now more than happy to be dealing with this company for future vision testing and glasses.
