My whole experience was very good indeed!
Steve King was the gentleman I first had phone contact with, and was impressed with the ease of the conversation.
The next morning I went in to meet with Steve and have a look at a car that we had talked about on the phone the previous afternoon.
Long story short, I puchased the said vehicle, a 2016 Nissan Altima, and very happy with it.

As I'm disabled they were more than happy to fit the exhaust rubber to my falcon for free. It's nice when you get some help when you can't do it yourself

Personally, have ran into car troubles only weeks after service with these guys more than once, leaving me to wonder what they did to my car? Also pricing for simple service seems out of proportion when compared to other ford dealers for the same car. Customer service isn't great. Forgotten focus of the customers.
