  I've been buying Rip Curl watches from this store since 1993 (4 or 5 I believe) and have always found the team to be great to deal with.
  Today was no exception, put my most recent watch in for servicing a couple of weeks back with some fairly detailed instructions/requests for repair and refurbishment. Checked in to see how it was going and the young woman offered to call Rip Curl then and there for an update. I declined and just asked for info when it was available. She called me back with an update inside 10mins of leaving the shop. Had the watch back inside a week after that.
  Its absolutely pristine, pretty damn good for a 5yr old watch I wear 24/7.
